Title: I want a freakin' sandwich.
Post by: Alphamazing on October 31, 2005, 11:33:18 PM
What do you think would be your ultimate sandwich? Go crazy if you want.

Mine would be a foot long sub with the following ingrediants:
Thin sliced honey glazed black forest ham
Deli sliced smoked turkey
A few slices of roast beef for flavor
Crisp bacon
Dijon mustard
Ranch dressing
Romaine lettuce
Dill pickles
Sliced black olives
Sliced cucumbers
Two slices American cheese
One slice sharp cheddar cheese

I HATE YOU FOR MAKING ME THINK THIS!! But it's cool, cuz you're contributing to my PWiness

Umm... right now? 3 beef patties, 3 slices cheddar cheese, 9 slices bacon, 6 onion rings, lettuce, barbque sauce, on a sesame seed bun.... I think, Dammit, now I'm hungrier!  :guns:  :guns:  :thumb:

You, sir, are an artist.

Please add a pinch of seasoned salt and count me in.  I'd even go so far as to pay $6 right now for said sandwich.

Nothing like being up till 3am 5 friggin days a week studying and getting the munchies every night around 1am.  I'm in this stupid building 60-75 hours a week!!!  Ahhhhh!!!

How about that sandwich?

Taking a graphics class of some sort?  I loved those days.  I don't mean to make the latter years of M.E. sound unrewarding.  I'm having a pretty good time in my classes (finally) these days.  I chose an extremely hard semester and knew what I was getting into.  It is possible to space things out and make things tollerable though.  I'm taking Machine Design, Measurements and Instrumentation, Thermodynamics II, and Control of Mechanical Systems.  It's only 13 hours, but all of the professors have told me that I successfully chose the hardest possible undergrad schedule I could.

Oops.

Yeah Danimal, I'm taking intro to Engineering Graphics and Design. We do hand drawings and simple CAD lab stuff. Very easy stuff, but I'm just lazy.

Anyways, if you are desperate for that sandwich I listed out earlier, I think you might be able to make it at a Subway with a little bit of hassling the sub-maker to cram all the stuff in it. Expect to pay over $7.50 though. I did that once and said, "Screw it, I'm making my own from now on."

Toasted hoagie.
Sliced peppered mozzarella.
Fresh basil leaves.
Fresh sliced tomatoes.

No need to complicate perfection.

I like Italian bread with tons of pepperoni, salami, ham, mozzarella, provalone, oil and vinegar, oregano, black olives, lettuce, tomato, red onion, Parmesan cheese, some spicy mustard, all toasted.
