Hope that guy's forearm is ok. Maybe the heat from the piston cauterized his arm, like Darth's lightsaber did to Luke's hand in The Empire Strikes Back. :mrgreen:

As to the first video, I'm not sure if he lost anything. It looks like it might have just grazed him and he pulled his hand back. I dunno though
As to the third one with the Gixxer trying to flip, it kinda makes me glad to see stupid stunters get hurt. If they're being idiots enough to not wear gear when they do that stupid shaZam!, they deserve to get hurt.

I am pretty sure that he did lose his hand. I mean at the very end there is nothing at the end of his sleave. Looked at it many times, even watching the glove/hand bounce it doesn't bounce like an empty glove.

That first one is not only a repost, but the guy walked away relitavely unscathed. My friend Bill was in the pits at that race, and the object hitting his hand turned out to be a piece of the fairing and airbox dislodged by an exposion in the airbox.

that third video ive seen before, i think that was a travis pastranas house durring an interview. they were showing how he practices, and his friend hit the foam jump on a sport bike.

I think the guy in the first lost his hand and actually it wasn't the piston, but the actual engine block came up and tore of his arm and leg.
