i'd say maybe ebay for a cheap deal, that would be kinda hard to find tho something so small nd odd. otherwise try //www.bikebandit.com they have just about EVERY part for the GS along w/ diagrams showing you everything down to the last washer along w/ parts #'s. I dont kno how much cheaper its going to be then a dealership tho, also sometimes they take a week or two. How do you loose that part n e way?

I'm pretty sure I've got one from my '92 in the garage. It might be a while before I get home to check though. If you're interested, PM me.

yeah its such an odd part to lose. totally got me mad when i adjusted the brake and lost it.  I managed to make my own by cutting a bolt to size, shaving the threads to be the same size diameter, and drilling a hole for the cotterping.  works good as new.  I guess that will suffice until i get to the dealership sometime. or if AlphaFire X5 can find one.

I'll take a look when I get there. That is a very odd part to lose, although I'm sure there have been weirder. I mean, hell, I lost the knob and screw for my tripometer reset. THAT'S a weird part to lose!
