Title: GS sightings: Saturday, 11-05 in Austin, TX and surrounding
Post by: Alphamazing on November 06, 2005, 10:51:48 PM
First one pulled up behind my father and I at 2222/360 Saturday morning around 8:30ish I think. I turned around and gave a big thumbs up. Anyone?

Second one was a black GS around Jonestown riding with an SV650. Pulled over on the side of the road just kickin' it, I think. Gotta be someone on here...

That was me in Jonestown :thumb:

If I was pulled over in the gravel on the side of the road I wasn't kickin it, I was tightening my headlight bucket bolt which had vibrated loose and was barely hanging on :x  I had just had it off to install my new ignition.

My friend on the SV is a new rider and had never done Lime Creek Road. We did about 250 miles that day. Gotta hate Texas winter, 86 degrees!

Aw man. Need any parts to fix it? :):)

I was with my father and some guys from his work and FZ1 board. We only did a VERY short 100 mile ride. We went out to some parks around the area and went out to eat at Texas Grits in Jonestown. Not too bad, wished it was a longer ride though.
