160 will require shimming the sprocket and modifying the brake stay arm to clear the tire.

dont know about the B6 wheel, but works with my B4 wheel, shimed sproket, spacers for hub, and brake strut needs bending. its tight but stock swingarm is used.

I've got a 160 on a B4 wheel in my stock swingarm. You do need to shim the sprocket, and it's still a tight fit, but it works. I'll go with a 150 next time the tire needs to be replaced. A GSX-R brake arm will clear the tire and you can get them cheap on ebay.

Before you cut anything, measure the inner hubs of both wheels. The B4 hub is offset and actually narrower on the cush drive side than the GS wheel even though the B4 wheel is wider. First time around I cut my brake carrier down only to realize all I needed to do was make a spacer for the left side. The right side hub of both wheels was the same size, so the stock brake carrier centered the wheel in the swingarm with an appropriate spacer on the left side.

Thanks Ken. I wasn't sure if the B6 wheel was offset or not. Hate to see him cut up a perfectly good brake carrier...then have to find a new one!
