Title: bored & daydreaming

I was really bored.

I wanted to put a GSXR 600/750 exhaust instead of the 1000 for the pic but could not find a good side view.

That is what I would like my bike to look like, except the 04 blue color.  Well I think that color would do too.

I here a lot of people talk about photoshop but have never asked.  Here is a real stupid   question, but where would I get the software?

Can I just download it off of a site or is a purchase required?

Using the paint program sucks :( ....

Once I find a used exhaust It will be on there, then therear tail and mirrors.  it looks cleaner and with the new style of sport bike that are coming out.

Photoshop Elements has just about everything your non-professional manipulator needs.

Some people do steal it.  Pretty low.

photoshop is a digital imaging software used by professionals. it retails for $599.

there's also photoshop element, which is a dumbdown version of photoshop. element is $89.

Yeah, but even if you have Photoshop, it isn't easy to do this level of editing is it?  Man, that's an awesome picture...

I have Photoshop 4.0 (OLD version!) and I doubt I could do things like Jetswing - he is really talented. It is pretty advanced software; you really need to know a bit about graphics manipulation and digital imaging. Some of the cheaper stuff that comes bundled with digicams and scanners is better for people to fix up photos using "EZ tools" type stuff. But if you know what you are doing, you can do INCREDIBLE things with photoshop. Check out:

http://www.worth1000.com

Some REALLY cool photochopped images over there; they do contests and stuff.

It's like photography - the tools are only one part of the equation.

Totally!  You could put the best camera in the world in my hands and the pics would still suck.    And me with a bad camera is ever worse...

Holy shaZam!. JetSwing, you've got some mad Photoshop skills, man. That's damned impressive. I've got Photoshop CS. I don't know what level of goodness it is or anything, but I got it from the University for cheap. Yay discount software.
