Beware of the so called "jet kits" on ebay.:bs:
The user name is bulletproofcycle out of Canada.
He has a picture of a "factory" jet kit with the plastic case.
It's just like a Dynojet kit with jets and needles.
He puts a disclaimer saying the picture is for referance only and not the actual kit. Which I figured Since the kit is for a 4 cylinder bike.
I bought one for the 2001-06 model carbs.
What I got was 2 main jets (132) and 2 lousy washers for the needle.
The "full color" instructions were downloaded off one of our members website. The guy covers his ass in his description, but it's still decieving.
I only spent $36.50 myself, but others have been burned much worse.
Spread the word and don't deal with this guy :guns: :nono: :nana:

The guy changed the picture on the auction.
Instead of the factory jet kit box, he has a bunch of jets laying around.
It still doesn't show what you'll get.:roll:
You can just buy a couple jets and washers yourself much easier.
Thanks for the warning. :thumb: I've been a victim of similar eBay deceptions before. I once bought a "performance chip" for my old truck; ended up just being a thermoresistor that fooled the IAT sensor into thinking it was running cooler; and would have made amess of my wiring in the process.
That is one of the many things that makes forums like this so great; we can warn eachother of things of this nature. :thumb:
You ONLY spend $36 plus shipping for $10 worth of jets and $1 worth of washers/shims :?

I put that guy in my favourites list because he was Canadian. We do not have too many on-line performance parts suppliers up here.
I will have to make a note that he's a scammer.
