For what it is worth, there was a case locally a couple of years ago where some kid hit another one over the head with a skateboard and it killed him. A bunch of his friends were around, and added in their "kicks" to the victim as well. It tookjust one more blow to the head and the victim DIED of head trauma. Now the guy with the skateboard is in jail for murder, and the rest of them were arrested for felony gang assault and accessories.
He'll get his some day... Trust.

Yes ... but I believe there is some sorta constitutional protection against Cruel and unusual punishment ... and I wanted to do that to the Prisoners of war and terrorists too ... But again that cruel and unusual bit came up.
