I'd have taken a couple pics, but I didn't get to eat with anyone else either. I worked while my family had dinner, and then I just had a plate I made myself hours later..leftovers :roll:

Actually there is an excellent soup to be made with a turkey carcass called...Turkey Carcass Soup (duh!).

Her specialty is a sour dough bread and corn bread dressing with fresh sage. Hmmmm!
Sadly we had to buy sage this year, our 20 year old sage bush died this summer. It was traditional for someone to cut sufficient sage for the dressing. When you do, your hands smell like sage for hours. Really kinda neat, sorta. :?
