looks like the car was hauling ass and he was posing it up on teh scoot.  doesnt look like he hit his head.....lcuky  :o

agreed about the over the sholder bit, HOWEVER.....


the cage operator was BEHIND the scooter dude, he wasnt paying attention to what was infront of him or anywhere in his Feild of vision.   it could just as easly been someone walking across the street. Cagers fault even though the scoot dude deserves it for being stupid in more ways then one.
