From the GS500 FAQ (http://gstwin.variders.com)

The GS-R body kit is available from Aluizio Motos from Brazil. The kit is considered by many to be a bit costly, but gives the GS an extremely sporty and aggressive look. You can view photos and get more information at:

The rear fairing is part of the GS-R body kit.

It isn't a GS500-R rear fairing? I'm pretty sure it is...

EDIT: You beat me to it Alpha  :thumb:

No. The only place is Aluzio Motors. You can search through the photo gallery on GSTwin.com for them, or you can search the forum for people who have posted pictures.

I've also seen the kit on eBay, in English, as well. It might be worth a look over there.

looking at both of the sites.. i see the kit for the front and the kits for the back.. but they are not the same style back as the ones of the pics at the top of this thread.

the backs on all the kits look similar to the stock backs with 1 seat... not like the gsx-r style one up top.

It's their own GSX-R undertail.

it won't match any oem colors...you will most like have repaint it unless you've already painted your bike in a generic color. you can also ask them to just prime the parts.

This is how the white matched on mine... I had the whole tail and some other parts painted to match the front fairing...

And the tail light is pretty lame.. You'll want to upgrade as soon as you see it. It's a pain to put together and the paint doesn't match... but it's worth all the trouble when it's done. At least until hotbodies decides to come up with something for a 500.

I was just looking around thier site... looks like they've got some cool stuff for the GSXR1100... Undertail exhaust!

Not trying to thread jack but I emailed Joe about what's available for for my '91 GSXR1100. There's some photos of a couple 1100's with a newer looking front end that has a single headlamp with the air intakes under it and undertail dual exhaust.

I've been trying to decide what to do with the GSXR this winter. The body work is stock and in good condition but it has some scratches on the left lower and some paint chipping on the hugger. Suzuki wants a goldmine for the stock blue and white panel and all the used ebay stuff seems to be scratched up worse that the one I have. I was thinking about getting a full custom paint job but it would be a shame to repaint the whole thing for some scratches on the lower when the rest of the bike is so clean.

Do you think a '91 would be worth more in the stock paint or a solid custom color?

I really like the farings on the kit (front and back).  I wonder how well the front farings (handle bars, light housing, ect) fit.  I really like the gsxr style back end they have on it.  If I bought the whole kit think it would fit?  Because everything would be replaced?  Who's yellow gs500 is that with the front faring kit? (found in the gallery section)
