whats the widest rear rim you can put on a 05 gs500f

4.0 easily if you can find the wheel
4.5 with some work
5.5 if you are a glutton for punishment

or kossman will widen your rim...to 4.5-5.0

I have a couple 4" tires if you would like them.   I have used all of them on my GS so I know they will work w/o mods.

The widest that will fit without modification (or dumb luck) is a 140.
