Does any one know what the fork diameter of a '85 gsxr 750 is.
I might be able to get a set of clip-ons off one cheap.
Thanks
41mm sir
hurricane 600 ....CBR600F1 ... 37mm
Our 37mm forks came from the '88 GSXR750, which was the first year the 750 got 17" rims. The '85-87 GSXR750 had 18" rims, so I kinda don't think that they had 41mm dia. forks. :dunno: I could be wrong.
you are wrong...... sorry
i have a 87 gsxr and a 88 slingshot
-87 41mm
88-89 43mm
90- USD
Ooohhh, so we just got the rims, one front rotor and the brake mastercylinders.
Thanks for that
Hey, while the subject of clip-ons is up, can anyone tell me where I can get some that will fit on my 97 GS500e.
A link to a site would be super :thumb:
That way I can show santa where to get my stocking stuffers
Get the Vortex ones on eBay for $117. That's your best bet.
So if I get clip ons and remove the plate that holds the handle bars, where can I buy something to put there that will look nice (what are they called, tripple tree plate?).

actually we didn't get crap from the GSXR
gsxr wheel is 3.5 x17
rotor in the gsxr is smaller
calipers are 4 pot on gsxr
and i think the master cyl is bigger diameter for the 4 pots most likely a 5/8"
and.....
www.pro-flo.com
has spankin new clip ons for .....114 and 14 colors to choose from....
