Who's here? I've only seen one other GS500 at Westfield State College.
I think this answers my question.... DAMN! I gotta move to someplace warmer... Like Arizona or New Mexico :)
TEXAS is the only place to go :P
What about tornados in TX? I think I'll suffer with the 120 degree weather in AZ and rarely any rain.
Im in Eastern Upstate NY...not far at all from Mass..the county i live in borders Mass actually..
Onlypastrana199 - Are you still riding? Or have you put you baby away?
Depends on which one you are talking about  GS is currently being put back together so I can enjoy this warm weather. Its half blue and half faded nasty '93 red atm but I dont care. The zzr...Im not taking out no frame sliders on it and I want to sell it in the spring so if I hit some ice or something there goes the fairings no thanks....honda is always ready to come out. Im heading out today actually..maybe down to Cherry Plains. Prolly tomorrow too.
Today is really nice weather here, but there's too much sand on the road. I haven't dropped my bike yet, and I don't want to start with a lowside into traffic.
I'm in eastern MA, but since the aimless riding is better further west I was heading out that way quite a bit before I bundled up the GS for the winter. I thought about getting it out last night, but it looks like the weather isn't going to last until the weekend--rain, then back to cold--so it didn't seem worth it. Besides, if I had taken it to work today I'd just end up taking a looooong lunch.
Yeah. It's supposed to rain Sat then snow Sun.
DAMN!
Hey, I am in Framingham :)
Framingham is one of my favorite places to get in some weekend parking lot practice. I'd go out and screw around in the office park where Staples HQ is...lots of space, loopy roads, and completely deserted on the weekend.
I work for staples (retail store) and I've been to the HQ on a weekend. It is HUGE there! Lots of winding drives too. I never thought about that. Thankz Badger!
Try having to park there on a work day (they were a client of mine for a time). The reason the parking lot is so expansive is because the damn thing fills up. Show up late and you end up parking in Wisconsin.
Yeah. A tech friend of mine went to the company for a free "tour" around the facilities. The way he describes it, it's like a small city in there.
i'm in and around Boston. once i feel more comfortable riding distances, i mght be up for a trip.
Hm.
