Anyone out there have Skype? I just downloaded it on my work computer, and my boss hooked up a microphone and headset for me, but I'm not getting the test recording. If you have Skype, the address I signed up with is junkpandy@pacbell.net . Call me and help me test this darned thang! Thanks!!

Sent a test call @ 12:10pm  This is an awesome program!  Free too!  No more typing late at night...  AND you can do conference calls too!  Just like IM-ing, but better! :)

It's a NEW mic/headset! I didn't even know it had an on/off button!  :P

I just set up Skype for my mom.  Sis moved to France, so they are gonna blab online for free  :mrgreen:

It seems pretty good for a free service, which is to say that sooner or later they will start charging... just like those dialpad jerks  :x

if ebay does pull through and buys skype, i think it'll stay free. we may even see on ebay as an added feature. who ever developed skype is looking at a huge payday, $2.6 billion big...

Google Talk is another good one, uses the Jabber protocol to do voice chat... Also 100% free.
