A member who doesn't own a GS, wether he owns a motorcycle or not.

Since I can only really go with what I was told first, and there's some controversy around that, I chose Aaron.  I don't know who he is, anyway.

the first two options covers that...if you don't own a moretorcycle, you don't own gs

well, i could have said...a member who MAY own a motorcycle but NOT a GS
