You're out by Chicopee, right? I'm not terribly familiar with the area out there, but I'd expect it's still NHIS (http://www.nhis.com) (Loudon, NH).
You may want to check out Penguin Roadracing School (http://www.penguinracing.com) as well. Track days, race school, and you can rent motorcycles (Ducati 900 Supersport) and gear/leathers as well. I've heard good things about them, and I'll probably try to make it to one of their sessions this year.
If you're interested, you might also want to swing by Moto Market (http://www.motomkt.com) in Littleton/Acton (on Rt 2A). May be a bit of a haul for you (hour and a half, maybe?), but you might find it worthwhile. People hang out there on the weekends, meet up for rides, watch racing, and that kind of thing. If you want to talk with some folks about getting out to the track, check out leathers, and try on gear, the folks there can help you out.
