Title: Burton Ducati Snowboard

Yep.  A Burton Snowboard with Ducati logo on it. You can't tell from the picture, but the silver thingie on the middle of the topsheet is really big and ugly.  And on the nose on the bottom it is engraved "Ducati Monster". :cookoo:

...ok so I am lame and almost bought one.  They didn't have my size.  It's basically a Burton Custom with a more agressive sidecut.  That, and as soon as the shop boy tried to tell me how "wicked fast" this board was, I was annoyed.  What, the Duc *logo* makes it fast? :icon_rolleyes:

My first board was an old Burton Air 6.1.  I loved that thing.  If it wasn't totally crapped out and if it didn't make me look like  homeless person, I'd still ride it from time to time.

I prefer the Jenna Jamison board that they came out with a few years ago (the Thruster).  Too hot.

But yeah, the Duc board is cool!

my first board was an avalance fire fighter, the one that looked like a big rectangle.  It practically had no lip and no flex at all.  i miss it
but i got another avalanch now  :icon_mrgreen:

Ginoe: have  you had any problems with your K2?  A buddy of mine got a K2 and the top sheet started to peel off after 3 days of riding.  The dealer took it back and said, "Yeah, these things de-lamenate pretty bad."

I rode at Killington a couple years ago.

It was pretty fun.  The snow was kind of funky and the moutains aren't that big, but it sure is pretty up there.  And they have a "Wobbly Barn."   :thumb:
