This is amazing. 

Japanese scientists took pictures of a 25 foot (8 meter) giant squid in the wild.  Amazing.  And scary!

Here is a link to a different story.  This is a photo of a mystery sea creature that washed ashore in Chile.  41 feet long.  The size of a school bus (and twice as long as Rvertigo's school bus).

Anther newly discovered giant squid in Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic.  10 tentacles and dumbo ears.  27 feet wide.  Nutso.

A humbolt squid is no bigger than a man but if it hits you it could f' you up pretty bad.  I imagine the beek on a 25 footer would cut a man pretty much cut a man in half.

amazingly, it took me all the way to google image search page 14 to find a picture of that kind of squid.  I was expecting a sandals wearing dude on a gixsix on page 1.

I was super bored on Friday.  And giant sea creatures are cool.

You're cool too, Amanda.  :)  Much cooler than a real giant squid.
