It depends on the manufacturer...  My wife bitches about it all the time...  Some brands she's smaller sizes and some she's bigger sizes...  She ranges from a 0 to a 6...  So...  I think you're screwed if you're trying to get a general idea of sizing.

If you want to wear womens clothing, Seamax, you're just going to have to try them on like the rest of us.   :kiss3:

Pretty much...

I almost bought some women's riding pants...  But, they were a little too small...   :dunno_white:

I've thought about getting a woman's leather suit on sale, but I figure I'm to tall for it. Skinniness ain't the issue for once.

I don't think womens sizes just that much, I used to fit into my girlfriends size 6 jeans back in college when I wore a size 32 jeans, now I'm a size 36 and I wouldn't come close to a size 8/9... so I'm guessing size 12= around 36-38...  this is just a guess, but I'm explaining my logic.

And why were you wearing your girlfriend's jeans?

Women's jeans are a bit hard to figure out.  When I wore a 8/9 I wore a 29 in Levis.  Now at a 10 it has been anywhere from a 31-33.  It really just depends on the pants.  I'd say maybe a 36.  Though I actually think that might be a bit big.

Those darn bra straps can be a pain to figure out too.  All I can say is, you gotta just keep plugging away!

You should just get the 36's and keep the tags on, because like everyone else said pants are weird!  She could be a 34 or a 38 depending on her body type.  Have her try yours on "just to see how they look" and go from there.
