What about something like this?

They are cafe style bars. You could also check out Pablo's nice write up about the suburban machinery SV  bars:

I really REALLY like the SM2 bars I recently installed. They give a much better feel and a more comfortable riding position for my longer frame. It does put a lot of pressure on your wrists though, so it will take some getting used to. You should be able to get the clubman style from any shop that sells bars. There are some from Bikemaster, I believe, that sell for about $20 so you can try them out for cheap to see if you like the feel. You might decide after all that the original bars are more comfortable for you and your riding style.

Got them on eBay for ~$88. Check on the SVRider board and someone might have something. I love mine. :)

I'm assuming it's a more sporty position, right?

Mmhmm. It gives a much better front end feel and doesn't screw my arms about when I'm hanging off. It's better for my lanky frame because it lets me stretch out a bit more, rather than having my elbows at 90 degree angles.
