What a tool.
scary :o
That's really frightening. It's also illegal to use the light bar on his car, too. Sadly though, it's not illegal to put them on there.

One of the San Fran DJ's on a big Alternative music station announced that lane splitters made him really mad, and that he'd be delighted to see splitters get the door. After this bit of genius, there was an uproar in the moto community here (including BARF and SBR), and a small, peaceful demonstration was held outside the radio station to protest the call for violence and invitations to possible attempted assaults and murders against bikers.
The DJ eventually retracted his statements and the radio station is doing public service announcements to remind folks that lane splitting is legal in California and endorsed by the CHP.
I'm glad for the public service announcements, but they should have fired his @$$. THAT station is no longer on my playlist.
I hope he's caught if that DC cager exists. It's nice to see law enforcement taking this sort of behaviour seriously.
There's a huge thread over at SBN if anyone is a member there. It's something like 50 pages long and John Parks himself actually registered and tried to defend himself. He got owned and this message has been getting spread all over motorcycle forums.
You would think he would be smart enough to know that many bikers are also truck drivers.
If that's true, he has some explaining to do.
