I feel like I've been working on the SV forever.....tomorrow I finish with the clip-ons and it will be rideable.....total work done:

while I was at it, I had the wheels, subframe, top triple clamp, and a spare swingarm powdercoated
work still to be done:
Toby steering dampner....goota modify the mounting bracket.....will do in Arkansas during spring break in pop-in-laws shop....unless I get antsy tomorrow....
install the black swingarm
ign advancer going in as soon as it and the gasket arrive
waiting on parts to convert to a naked bike (headlights in, waiting on fork brackets, then need to fab gauge mount)
tomorrow's my day off.....I'll be up early so I can get to work and snap off a few pics....
the project took so long because I had some triple issues, wheel problems, and my powdercoater went on vacation for 2 weeks....damn it's gonna fell nice to go for a ride tomorrow.....aw crap....I'm goin to the garage now....screw waiting.....
...ok....finished the clipons....adjusted the levers and switches....put on seats and last little bits of plastic.....checked the batt....yup....she fires right up (had it on a charger for the last 6 weeks).....

...I'll get my wife to take some better pics (she's a photographer).....the wheels look badass in person.....much better then the silver....can't wait to put one the swingarm.....probably gonna be after the vacation....but with all the mods....it's like seeing and riding a new bike.....I think I'm gonna leave the lowers off for a while....being able to convert from fully-faired to half-faired to naked makes it feel like I've got 3 bikes....me likey that idea....
