That does seem like a really good idea. Not too bad acting either
Verrrry clever!
In some neighborhoods it would be a necessity. For high end, thief-magnet bikes, it would only slow them down a little.
But verrry clever none-the-less.
Wish I'd though of it.

I like it... If it's about the same price as a disc-lock and matches the other peg I would break off a couple bucks for it.

IMHO, the first bike manufacturer that licenses this idea (preferably exclusively) and builds it into their bikes is going to have a real selling point. We Americans love gadgets, especially when they have solid practical value.
Not only does it solve the problem of riding away with the lock on, but it also solves the problem of where to carry the lock the rest of the time.
that has BMW written all over it.
Brilliant idea too.
That is definitely on my wish list.
Hi all,
That is VERY cool.
That would work for me.

Sweet! :thumb:
I likes it
Who cares if it matches the other side... I can only see one side of my POS 93 GS at a time anyway...
I like it! I could definitely go for something like that, especially if they made a matching side.
My lock came with a colored coiled braided line. Just hooks into your lock and put the other end over your grip, you never forget to take off your lock with and you can buy em for under five bucks.
I like the idea of the footpeg, but what about those of us that ride in weather...water, dirt etc....i could see it getting bunged up with junk inside.
Okay, which one of you guys are going to get one? We need a review by a trusted member of our band. Pictures too!! :)
I'm getting one when there is a matching unit for the right side

I wish they were all black, and had a matching one for the other side.
Anybody happen to find a store in the US that sells them?
