Post by: budget speed demon on March 08, 2006, 05:40:38 PM
simple question. has anyone had anything shipped from the UK before? if so, how long did it take, how much did it cost, and what company was used? thanks a lot.

not from the UK... My sister moved to the UK. It was like a two month trip for her stuff. Went by boat. Not sure of the cost, this was a complete house load of stuff.

the guy found a good place. 35 pounds ($70 canadian) and it takes only 4 days!  :icon_mrgreen:
the other option is 21 pounds ($42 canadian) and it can take up to 56 days  :o

I think I'll take option 1!!

I ordered foot pegs from OBERON in the UK . The parts came to me [  IN CANADA ] in just over a week and we DO NOT pay the VAT [value added tax ] that the euro riders do . The price to ship front and rear pegs and related hardware was 12.00 CDN. Of course I told them to ship cheapest way possible.      CHEERS!
