Title: I got a seat problem

Ok here is my problem, I have my rear plastics off the bike including the seat lock mechanism, but my roommate put the seat on the bike, I cant seem to figure out how i get the seat off the bike now, Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Did you take the cable out of the seat mounted spot, or did you take it out of the locking mechanism only? If you took it out of the lock mechanism only and left it in the seat part (I'm assuming this didn't happen, but still...) pull the cable manually and lift the seat up. If you have NO cable to pull, you're probably going to have to get underneath it by removing the big plastic black fender in the back and either pushing the seat lock manually or fitting the ball of the cable in there.

Thanks for the help, I was actually able to figure out a way to get the seat off by using my MacGyver skills.  I was able to get a piece in the locking mechanism and pull it open.
