anyone have expierience with either these pants or the brand?

I remember RG had a Hein Gericke jacket that she really liked. The armor is CE approved, but isn't hard plastic like most CE armor. It's flexible like dual density padding, but it's CE rated instead. I'd say it's a good bet. I've read pretty good stuff about them.
what do u think bout the price? 140 bucks for leathers aint bad right? i have a textile jacket tho..

If the zipper fits with your textile then go for it. I have no qualms with mixing leather and textile. I'd say $140 is a good price for leather pants too, especially race quality ones. No knee pucks though. I guess that's irrelevant if you don't do track days, though.
ok. done. i ordered them.
OK SERIOUS QUESTION....

= :thumb: or :icon_confused: or :2guns: ?? HELP!!
ugly boots...
enuf out of u silly. i need a proffesional opinion :icon_mrgreen:
Not fond of the shoes...I like boots. Something that fully covers my ankles and several inches above.
hmm. i agree but i have a hard time finding boots that would look good with both jeans and those pants. do u think they look ok together?
AS good as any other army-boot esque looking pair. Odds are you can find something at walmart that'll offer more protection (steel toes, ankles and fewer seams) for less money and look just as good. I actually wear a pair of Brahama work boots from wally-world...$30.
A girl is naturally a professional at fashion, and if u are concerned with them looking good together then the answer is NO...those pants look best with riding boots. Let me look for some and show you...
You know what else you could try...a store that sells boots for cops...
Galls.com has good deals on lightweight, tough boots. Lots of different types, plain black, with high ankels and good support. They also look good with jeans. check it!
well what about THESE boots??

those are much better.
:2guns: to the first boots.... :icon_confused: to the second boots, but they're a definite improvement.
+1 to what SuZuki10 has said so far! :icon_razz:
Sidi boots look great with Jeans. Honestly, I really like how my Strada Tepor Evos look in jeans AND with leathers. Want some pictures?
of course

They could double as snowboard boots in the winter.
pIck up a pair of these Oxtar Jupiters, cheap, waterproof, and look good with jeans. Kind of dorky with leathers, cause they dont tuck in the greatest, but better looking then the options you are suggesting now. :icon_razz: Available at newenough.com or motorcyclecloseouts.com. :thumb: These are my current boots.

These are definitely more attractive than the others, but how is coverage? Are the high enough to provide good protection?

Well over the ankles, about mid shin on me (I wear 13's, 32 inch inseam). I would say higher than high top basketball shoes. Supposedly it has malleoleus armor in it, but it is not a hard gp style armor.

Sidis are the only boot that will go with the Hein Gericke leather pants. Or, A*'s, Daytonas... Don't half-ass it.
sheesh. i guess i'll keep on lookin. maybe i'll have to buy 2. one for leathers and one for jeans.. :dunno_white:
