Title: Does the Dynojet kit help with starting and idling
Post by: gs500ey on March 27, 2006, 04:34:15 PM
Considering using the Dynoket kit; however I noticed that the kit only includes the main jets and it is generally the pilot jets that affect idling up to about 1/4  throttle.

Will the Dynojet kit help with my problem cold blooded problem. BTW took the GS500e out this morning which was 50C instead of the normal 38 - 4XC lately and the bike warmed up a lot better. Took about 5min of driving instead of 10min.

What would happen if I used the Dynojet kit and then went out to buy the #40 pilot jets?

Either way, you're still going to end up with a better running bike.

Hee Hee true, but the I'm thinking the Dynojet would only solve provide a smoother power band from 1/4 to full throttle. My main concern is the whole rough Idling and stalling when getting to a stoplight.

How about you pm seshadri_srinath so he can get you the kit for a fraction of what you would pay of that one? O0

True thanks. However I am still interested in knowing how a Dynojet kit affects idling and warming up
