I've got a GSXR shock that I'd like to get mounted up sometime. Don't have the space or tools to do it at my apartment, so I've got to ask for help in those two departments. Preferably somebody that has done a shock before, so they'd have a little better idea of what is going on.
My parents live in LA now, so I can just head up there if no one in SD has the time/inclination, and it's not a NEED to do thing, just something on my list, but I've got a lot more time here in the near future, and my stock shock is losing damping.
Hit me up if you are interested, I'll supply beer and dinner.

Sorry, I can't help you out. Do you have any military affiliation that lets you get on any of the military bases? At Miramar they have an autoshop with bike lifts and probably any tool that you would need. Cost me $3 a day.
No, but I can just roll up to my parents, so I'm not too worried. Be a fun ride up the PCH anyway...might do it over spring break.

I'll drive right by his place...My dad said he thought he saw him riding the RR around Santa Monica, right on the beach, but...I haven't been around to know if he's back riding on the road or not.
