Hi guys !
I'm wondering if a B600 rim can be mounted into GS swingarm ? I have a good opportunity. 88-89 GSXR750 rims are not easy to find, and expensive.
Thanks.

Yep, you just need a few spacers. If you need the schematic for the spacers, let me know, and I will e-mail them to you. Any machine shop can make them for you. I had my son make me a set for a B400 wheel. If you need a set, let me know.
Hi, and thank you for the answer and the spacers.
I needed a quick answer because I went to a " second hand market " sunday morning. I saw a lot of B600 rims and finally found a 88 GSXR750 rim for 20euros ( 25$ ), and a 160/60 sport tire for nothing. :) I'm very lucky.

I will ask my son. Shouldn't be much.
Let me know as soon as you here
im putting a bandit 600 wheel on at the moment, ther have been a few issues, but nothing a kiwi bodger like myself cant handle, the biggest issue is the axle, the bandit is larger, but the outside diameter is the same :thumb: so i have put in new gs bearings, this also means you have to use the gs caliper bracket(ghey as it only touches about 1 cm of the bandits smaller disc) i went with the bandit caliper bracket, this means though that i have to get a collar to fit inside where the axle goes through, not really a major, the next issue is the torque arm. i have gone for the bandit torque arm as it has a better bend, and its slimmer. although i wont be getting a 160 tyre on that rim, (150 is on there at the moment and clearance is about 5mm)
so with a bit of bodging and alot of grinding to the bandit caliper bracket it fits :thumb:
oh yeah im using the gs sprocket carrier, that fits perfectly, and using the gs bearing spacer on the other side.
ill post pics tomorrow
