I got in an accident today in my wife's brand new Nissan Altima. Some lady pulled right out in front of us. She was coming out of a parking lot and didnt stop to look for traffic. She also turned into the fast lane instead of the slow lane like she was supposed to. I was in the middle lane and slammed on my breaks and tried to avoid her but there wasnt enough time. I hit her with the front/right fender and then we ended up jumping up onto the median and luckily stopped there and didnt go into ongoing traffic. The bad news is I had my wife and 2 year old son in the car. My wife was crying like crazy because she was worried about our son. Luckily everyone is fine, just a little sore. Car had to be towed but I'm sure it can be fixed. Oh yeah I just paid that car off two weeks ago :2guns:. The driver said she "didnt see us". I dont think she even looked for traffic. She got a ticket for failure to yield. I just dont understand how you can not see a car coming. I'm glad I wasnt on the GS.

Glad everyone is ok! :thumb: And yeah, some people seem to drive with their head up their ass.
Glad you and your family are ok too. That's why we bikers need to educate the dumbass people who only drive their cages for status.

"Oh, look! I'm driving my HUGE-ASS suv, which I don't even need. I baby the paint job, and look! I have 15 cup holders!!! There's this great power console installed in the middle for me to plug in my GPS, Laptop, and cell phone. I'm able to make calls with crystal clear clarity because I have this glass-mounted antenna in the rear. And also, I've got these... OH DAMN! I didn't even see that car! OH F*CK!"
Sorry. I love suv's, but hate those who get them for looks only. I had a mint condition 1995 Chevy Blazer LS, and I took her out work nice long walks in the woods and mudd lots of times. I'm not against SUV's at all. Just the people who need to be in high-society.
