Post by: dbeck4022 on April 12, 2006, 09:53:20 AM
Since I dropped my bike earlier thread. It seems the throttle grip slides some (<1/2"), I can't remember if this did this before? Maybe?Does everyone elses??

To you mean left-right sliding or that it has play in it when you twist it?

Mine has a little play both ways, but neither is 1/2"...  That seems like a lot to me.

Agreed. There's some play when you roll on it, and there's a little slide from side to side, but not that much. 1/8th inch maybe?

Are the two bolts which hold the righthand handlebar switch gear securely in place. If so take the switch gear off and check for damage.
On the righthand handle bar is a small hole and a piece in the switch gear fits into it holding it in position, I would check if the it is damage here or moved out of posision.

I like American and British beer.  American as in Anchor Brewing Company, not Anheuser-Busch.  Anchor Porter is great.  Rounding out my top 5 are Mackeson Triple Stout, Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout and Taddy Porter, and Fuller's London Porter (sometimes a bit too hoppy though).  IMO, if you can see through a pint of it, it isn't beer.

Err...what was this thread about again? :)
