I went to start up the girl's GS this spring, and there is gas leaking everywhere. From what I gathered on this board, I need to clean the carbs (something I have been avoiding) because of possible stuck float, etc.
So, I am going to pull the carbs and attempt to clean them (never done this before). What do I need to do this job right the first time?
I have basic hand tools, a can of spray carb cleaner, an air compressor.
I assume I will at least need to replace some o-rings, any idea what size I will need?
Any tips would be appreciated!

When I cleaned the carbs on the scooter, I used Berryman's and dunked the carb in it and left it for an hour. Wear nitrile gloves and do it outside or somewhere with good ventilation. Use a small wire brush halfway through to scrub any loose crap out of the carbs. Redunk, and let sit again. Remove and rebrush them off, rinse thoroughly with water, and use toothpicks and an air compressor to completely blow all passages clear.
You may want new o-rings, but I'm not sure. I do know that you don't want to dunk them in the Chem Dip; one of mine snuck in and swelled up a good amount.
