All right, let's pretend I'm an blonde: Oh wait, I am ~!
I need some clarification PLEASE!!!
1. What does a lunchbox do (I'm having a bet with my b/f on this one, so some website proof of such a thing would be great!)
2. What does it mean when someone says a bike is "lean"

Lunchbox is a replacement air filter. It bolts over both carbs (unlike a pod filter, which is one filter per carb). It replaces the airbox and is nicknamed the "Lunchbox" because it bears a resemblence to our food totes of yesteryear.
The Lunchbox filter: http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=RU-2970
When a bike is lean, it means that there is a higher air to fuel ratio than is ideal. That means more air is entering the cylinders with a specific amount of gas than is otherwise reccomended.
yes, yes :thumb:
Oh yeah and wheres that "this thread is worthless without pics!!!"

Suh-weet.
Plan on getting one? You can get them for about $35, plus the cost of jets.
no, I just love silly words.
like PETCOCK!
: )
It makes me giggle!
3. Why do they call passengers pillons. Can you be a pillon somewhere else, like in a car? Or is it bike specific?

By definition, it is bike and/or horse specific:
From www.dictionary.com
pil·lion (plyn)
n.
1. A pad or cushion for an extra rider behind the saddle on a horse or motorcycle.
2. A bicycle or motorcycle saddle.
then a "pillon rider" is an oxy-moron - kinda like saying ATM Machine - right?
From today's newspaper in Aus:
Four injured after roo crash
20apr06
TWO motorcyclists and their passengers have been injured when their bikes hit a kangaroo west of Sydney tonight.
Two male riders and their female passengers came off their bikes in the crash at Hartley in the Blue Mountains.
All four were taken by ambulance to Lithgow Hospital about 8pm (AEST).
The two men, including a 34-year-old from Lithgow, later were flown to Sydney hospitals suffering serious chest injuries, an NRMA CareFlight spokesman said.
The two pillion riders suffered minor injuries.
No no no, you see, the pillion is the seat itself, so pillion rider would be technically correct.
Yes, I get that - they're saying "seat rider" like you'd be doing anything else, like "seat sitting"
It just seems an awkward turn of phrase : )

Lunchbox
I still can't believe you're blonde.
What the hell? I always pictured you with brown hair. . .
Maybe it is because the close-ups of your leg after your ankle surgery had that stubble. . .
Oh crap! Just kidding! :kiss3:

No, you have to buy each seperately.
