Don't cover it. Take your cover off. Bad bad bad.

The wind will catch the cover, and since it's strapped to your bike, will act like a parachute and allow more air to catch it and thus make it easier to knock it over. I've seen it happen.

Grease the bike up with some KY petroleum jelly quick before its too late. It will make it more fun to ride tomorrow as well.

Depends how much you love your bike....

either park it inside you place (if possible)

park it at a friends (in garage)

park it on side opposite wind at your place

or

strap it down?

Also, are you saying that you knew the wind direction?  Because if you were wrong, you might just have a bike tipping into your car, which would have been be twice as fun!  I mean, did you really gamble on a weatherman's prediction?
