I have a couple friends who are farmers (yes there are farms in NJ) and they do goofy farmer stuff like that, but they're not hicky.

I don't think she's a hick, but I'd have to talk to her first. I've been to Plainview, TX and hung out there for a few weeks. People there are hicks. I can tell if someone is a hick by the way they speek. However, she goes (and/or has gone) to Yale, so I don't think she's a hick. Yale is like, crazy hardcore good. Ivy League whoah.

Hey now! I go plow and look what happens! I got about 10 acres done before I got rained out. Now only 200 to go..stupid corn.. I am not a hick. I AM a nerd, but not a hick. The sucky thing about planting time, you miss all the good riding weather.

:laugh: I didn't go to Yale to be a farmer! For my work study freshman year they did make me muck the polo stables though....i went there so i wouldn't have to shovel shaZam! for the rest of my life...I'm not actually done with Yale yet, I was doing the whole pre-med nonsense and I was accepted into a program with the Yale Med School to accelerate my MD but I hated it....alot...so when I go back I'm either going for comp sci or film studies..
