Title: So why don't they make jean overpants...
Post by: Maduro Mistress on May 04, 2006, 10:15:05 AM
So why don't they make jean overpants to go over leather pants, so that way you're protected AND look cool when you're tooling around with your buddies who insist on strapping their helmets to the seat and wearing flipflops? This way, and you don't have to worry about people staring at your overly tight-leathered butt either!

I should be in marketing - first, the CE bra, then this!

Jesus, all this talk from you about bras and butts...too much for this early in the day. I'm getting all riled up.

Anyways, they do make them. They're called "jeans". They sell them everywhere.

If your leathers are tight enough and your jeans are loose enough, I don't see why this wouldn't work. I've thought about it before.

have you really thought about that? LOL I thought I was the only crazy psycho around here

My problem is my leather is a one-piece :) and it's saggy in the butt!!! cause it's designed for riding, not walking in. LOL

I don't feel safe in those though - that's the problem. I want a jean but I want it to have the properties of total leather!

I was riding with a guy just the other day who was wearing a full 1 peice racing suid with a pair of jeans and a sweater overtop. it looked kinda funny riding behind him because the wind was lifting the back of his shirt, and you could see the red and while leather under it. kinda looked like he had some kind of crazy skin disorder.

I got the draggin jeanz about 6 yrs ago
they are great
went to the retail store and tried them on talked to the owner(i think)
(owner died riding on HWY321....run over going around a corner and a semi cut the corner and ran over him)

the only way you will 100% not get hurt on a bike is....not ride a bike
i wear 1 pc / 2 pc / jacket and draggin jeanz   depends on....what has less dead bugs on it
