Dayum. I got one for 24 over, and just had to pay a fine. The fine essentially killed me, but court date. woo, I feel sorry for you.

How did they get you;  radar, laser, or tracking?  If you feel like going to trial I can tell you how to get out of it completely :icon_lol:

Otherwise what you want to do is plead NOT guilty and then request to plea bargain with the prosecutor / council for a lesser charge.  The judge will explain this when you get there.  If you're lucky you can get away with just a parking ticket, but it really depends on the court and your driving record.  I never just send in the ticket and always go to court because you get off with so much less and your insurance usually doesn't go up.

Pray.  Call the snake head lawyers on TV every day (You know the ones.  "I was accused of drunk driving, I needed an experienced and professional attorney to help me with my case.  I called Phillips & Associates and got thr help I needed.  Thanks Phillips and Associates." -sound familiar???)

They can help.  Also I believe you can still take the driving class to avoid points on your insurance...but you'll still pay a heavy court fine.  Like $1000.  You could possibly...POSSIBLY spend a day or two in tent city of you have a bad driving record.AZ sucks ass for criminal speed tickets.  20 over is a lot but on some roads that really arent crowded and 3 lanes wide it's easy to go 60 in a 40...

I'll ask some people I know and shoot you a PM.

Speaking from experience...

APOLOGIZE TO THE PEOPLE IN THE COURTROOM

Be as sincere as possible.

Tell them that you f*cked up BIG TIME and you didn't realize what a screwed up thing ou did until now.

DON'T make excuses!!!  THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE!

AZ sucks that way. my last (motorcycle) ticket was 71 in a 50...$250 + traffic school cost.
