Srinath?  Srinath?  Where art thou?

You can search for Kreem or POR or just wait.  There's a few people who have actually done it.  Personally...me... I'd buy one from a bone yard.

I used POR15 with very good results.  I've never tried Kreem so I can't comment on it.

POR-15.

I've seen too many kreem failures...more likely  it's from  poor workmanship/"installations" than the product being so bad..but I can only go by what I've seen after they've been done...

I've done  more than a few tanks with POR-15 with great results.

Good Luck.

Both are fine ... I'd do Kreem on a pretty sound and lightly rusted tank ... its a deeper etch and in effect will be easier and quicker ... and its lack of real permanance is an advantage ... in case you ever had to remove it. If your tank has been patched and welded or has too many deeply rusted areas ... in general has been to hell and back ... POR-15. Holes and patches etc ... need a thicker coating and you need a gentler etch ... POR will do both better ... trade off is ... its really permanent ... and its a hell a lot more work ... and pernament is sometimes a disadvantage ... as in you wanna powdercoat the tank later ... POR will burn off and you wont be able to get it out. Kreem will burn too ... but will come off ...
Cool.
Srinath.
