Just a lesson about hot asphalt and/or tarmac.

Carry on.
Wouldn't be the first time, nor will it be the last.
I use a $0.50 octagon box cover under my sidestand. The keyhole is perfect for attaching a string to pull it up.
looks like bullshit hoax to me. in one of the pictures it looks so fake and u can even see some jpeg artifacts around the sunken wheel
yeah that has to be a hoax. The only way it would have sank that much is if there was a sink hole under the asphalt but in those pics there is clearly not a hole in the ground around the wheel. And it does appear that there has been editing to the photos.
:o
This reminds me...I got awoken by my neighbor the other night. My poor GS was laying on it's side, damn rain. :2guns: Big dent in top of tank, cracked fairing and a broken clutch level.
could be true, my grandpa was mowing his lawn one day about 20 years ago, and he was kinda talking to his neighbor while doing it, he turned around and his neighbor was gone, turns out he sank down into the ground about 7 feet! :o crazy.
Private airstrip, I'd believe it. We're getting sink holes up here like crazy. There's a major corner in Toronto, can't remember the intersection, but it dropped like 12 feet. It's shut down for at least 4 months while they rebuild it.
Usually, watermain leaks underground cause the errosion. That was the case in Toronto.

What do JPEG artifacts have to do with whether it's a hoax or not.
