First, when I called them with qustions about some parts, they hang up on me.
Second, they charged me $20 for shipment and shipped 8 days after I placed my order.
Moreover, two most important items that I was interested in, feeler gauge and shim tool, weren't included in the shipment at all.
Aparently, it is back ordered. Those two items is the only reason I ordered from them, because they listed it on their web site.
The guy told me that if they list it, it doesn't mean they have it. I guess they could be selling lots of things that they don't have that way.
I asked why they didn't call me and told me about all that and he asked me why I didn't call them.
Bottom line, I think their service sucks and I don't think I will ever use it again.

That's reason enough to tell everyone you know not to use MRCycle. I know the economies of scale don't work out when comparing the auto industries to motorcycles, but if someone waited 8 days to ship me a part I ordered, and shipped it incomplete, and didn't inform you ahead of time that they can't accomodate your request? That's BS man.

I found some really good feeler gauges and a shim tool on eBay.
These feeler gauges are really good, top quality and a little pricey, but well worth it. It goes down to .03mm. For feeler gauges.. look here:

I am sorry you feel let down by our company. I take pride in our service and I ride myself.
I have your order entered on our site on 5-10 @ 4:35pm. I placed the order on 5-11 when I arrived to work. The availability was checked with the 2 vendors that you ordered parts from. All was orginally showing in stock.
It takes us 3 to 4 working days to get items from Suzuki as well as the other vendors. The parts starting showing up on the 15th and the balance and arriving to us on the 17th. And the order was promptly shipped on the 5th working day.
We recieved no note that the items in question were on back order. If we did you would have recieved a call.
Again, I am sorry you hate us and feel let down.

I actually run the wholesale department, and I have alreadt sent an e-mail to the customer. My official title being "Assistant Parts Manager".
I hate hearing problems like these but they do happen and I want to be able to help in any way possible.

I exchanged few emails with Kevin, in which he sounded very understanding and demonstrated that he does care about the reputation of the business and satisfaction of his customers.
For some reason though, every time I called, I would get compeltelly different feeling from talkign to representatives.

i've dealt with mrcycle.com several times and they've been all good. i'm not sure if i ever had to call them up though.
Wow, I mean how you can you hate a company that responds to your flame on a message board, I mean I wish when I had a shitty time with BikeBandit and I posted about it that they would have responded on the board.

+1. I've delt with them as well via the Internet and was happy with the results. Never delt with them over the telephone.
Thing is, you can't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. Maybe the rep just had a stick up his ass. Think of it like where you work; not everyone is a complete jackass but I am sure there are atleast a few. Those few often make everyone else look bad.

Yes, but everyone else sucks just as bad. Nobody keeps stock of parts that the "carry". Nobody has stock status on their website. Nobody gets things out within a day. Motorcycle dealers suck. Bad.

I have a rare bike in England a Rieju. They stopped importing some models a few years ago - mine to be exact. Only place in the country that does parts is IGM. They import from spain and sell the parts in England. Because they're the only ones they charge rediculous prices. I paid £12 for a top end seal - 3 seals altogether i think it was. Plus you order from them, and they take about a week to arrive. They always send you the absolutly wrong parts even though you specify the part numbers and exact bike model you have. You get the wrong stuff, you send it back and you usually get the parts you want by the 3rd order with them. Absolutly useless but im forced to keep going back. Just have to bargain on about a month for parts to arrive, accounting for all the mistakes they make.
