um i just looked and the latest version on microsoft.com is IE6 and there is a IE7 beta.  so what are you talking about?

That is the same thing I wanted to know. I do beta testing and some code writting for Microsoft and they do not have an IE9 to release to the public at this time. Were did you get this IE9 you speak of?
