Title: Any alternates to #4 shim washers for jetting?

i went all around LA today and didnt find one place that carries the stuff. The lowest they had is a #6

did you try a Hobby Shop? like for RC Cars and Planes?

PM me your mailing address, and I'll send you a set of washers when I get home next week.  I assume you want a total thickness of 1mm?

thanks but i am trying to fix this bike so i can ride tomorrow.. :(but i will keep you in mind if i cant get it fixed tomorrow.

Then see if you have a Fastenal close to you.  That's where I got my bag of 100.

Nah, 8:00 on a Saturday isn't a good time to be looking for washers.  I think Fastenal, if you have one, is a M-F 8-5 kind of operation.
