Ummm an allen wrench for the exhaust headers and a socket and wrench for the footpeg bolt.  Assuming your not rejetting it should be a really easy swap.

if you install the pods youll need major rejetting, wont need any just with the exhaust, make sure you spray you bolts with wd40, lots of it, those things are a bast@^d to get out with out snapping them, heat them up before you try, good luck, your gunna need it, :icon_mrgreen:

As previously mentioned the header bolts can be a nightmare to remove due to the long term effects of heat, age and corrosion. Get a GOOD quality hex-key or a hex-bit and a ratchet-arm or breaker-bar, play some heat on the bolt-head and surrounding area with a blow-lamp or get the engine up to temp first, just go easy, you will feel it when it loosens off. DONT be tempted to increase leverage on the tool with a pipe or similar, you are more likely to shear the bolt head off than loosen it. If you break it you will be up sh**- creek without any shoes.

I think he has an F model with low miles... shouldn't be too bad pulling it, but "easy does it" is key.... Smooth and Even Pressure.

Speaking of removing the exhaust bolts, I am now in possession of my air tools.  Will an impact wrench with an appropriate hex bit be better for getting the bolts out?  I was thinking of trying it with the wrench dialed down, but I'd hate to break the heads off.
