Didn't do it on purpose but I started lossing weight. . . not sure how much. But now I have to buy a new jacket as mine is too lose in the shoulders, chest and waist. I ciched it tighter but oh well. And stupid me I bought a size larger on my pants. . . they are cinched as tight as I can get them, they are not lose yet but if my waist gets smaller will have to replace those too.
Weird thing is that my eating habits have not changed or my physcial activity. Maybe from riding the GS too much.
Best thread you have created.

yes of course. I investigated the matter in a deep research I conducted a while ago...

Serious scratch? I mean about the not gaining part. Are you trying to gain?
I've had to get up to 4000 cals a day, 300 grams of protein before I started seeing some decent size gains.
If you're talking about something else, feel free to disregard.
This begs the question:
How many calories does an hour if "spirited" riding burn? Does anybody know?
Am I okay skipping my workout to ride, or should I get my workout in first?
Hey, look at it from the bright side - Your GS will feel more powerful.. As it gets less stuff (read: kg's) to "drag" around.. :thumb:
