I do it while driving.
I just lowsided my office chair.
I just tried to wheelie my kitchen table.
Didn't work

Mak.. you just about made me fall out of my damn chair.. DAMN that was good!
I had a strange dream the other night. I dreamed that I was riding my bike on a residential street, going about 50 when a big black truck backed out right in front of me. I woke up right before I hit the bed of the truck. But what was really strange is that the truck was exactly like the one I drive, or rather, it was my truck. And the person driving it was me. :cookoo:

I hope you were wearing your gear, carpet burn really hurts
That reminds me of what teachers say to young kids, "Don't! lean back on your chair you could fall and whack your head on the desk behind and thats it!" its like errr ok do you want me to wear a helmet?
I mean for godsake stop wrapping the youth of today in bubble wrap!!!!
i find myself thinking of countersteering in the car sometimes
4 wheels is just so boring compared to 2 wheels, i don't care if you have 10 billion horsepower... if its on 4 wheels, it is rather boring.
I have been trying to test out counter steering for the past couple of days. Im still a little rough at it.
At what speeds do you really start CSing. Im getting to feel of around 30 - 40 on a tight turn
Counter-steering works when you take your bike off the centerstand.

Ehh.. I dunno if I agree with that. Granted, I'm a noob of about 3 days... buuuuuuuut... countersteering kicks in at anything about 5MPH... below that, you steer regularly, and use counterweighting. It works well in u-turns. Ask me how I know. Ask me how many u-turns I practiced on my bike, after going outside the box during the MSF test. Explain to me how u-turns are easier on my GS than on their tiny 250 kwaka cruisers. :o
LMAO!
I don't feel so alone now!

Put your bike on the centerstand.
Get on the bike.
Turn the wheel any amount to the left.
Push the bike off the centerstand.
Which way did the bike want to fall?
If you're bold enough, close your eyes and try it again.
scratch...check this out:

No countersteering involved.
Can't see a thing.
But, I will make another statement and that is: I used to ride a 12speed no hands and turn...

Hahaha. Funny.
I lean into corners when running around the track. I have to conciously not do it so I don't look like an idiot
I work at a game store and like to put on my helmet when playing moto gp 06 on the demo 360....gets some good laughs too
Ive walked along and looked down to check my mirrors LOL!
I've always wanted to deck out in full leathers and play those motorcycle games at the arcades. You know, the ones with the plastic bike that you sit on.

How is that MotoGP 06? Is it better than Tourist Trophy? Do they make it for PS2?
thanks!

Haha.. I'm gonna go somewhere on my dad's little 50cc moped with my full gear on, it'll be a riot!
I keep turning "off" my blinkers whenever I am forced to ride the cage. every now and then I'll hit the turn signal lever. I have a habit of doing it on my bike, all the time, to make sure its off.
my freind just bought a miata and I hadn't driven stick in a year or two. I was tapping the clutch down to get her into neutral. wouldn't have been so bad, but he caught me doin it.
I do "over the shoulder" checks when I'm walking all the time..
i operate the clutch and the throttle when i'm walking... sometimes with engine noises... gotta upshift and downshift as i change my walking pace yanno :cookoo:

You'd be surprised how many people don't when crossing the street.
I don't do over-shoulders on the bike. I lift my left hand and look under and back...it's a lot easier and safer than twisting your body around for an over-shoulder.
...but people behind you sure do look at you funny when you raise your left and glare at them while nosing your armpit at the mall.
Don't lie...you just like the smell of your own pits! ??? :flipoff:
Sorry for the late reply Jake....moto GP 06 I really good.....it is only on the 360 but ps2 did just come out it a moto gp 4...for the 06 the graphics are amazing, and the controls are a lot more forgiving as opposed to moto gp 3 for the xbox.
