Title: Can SM2 bars be machined easily.

Tommorrow, I was thinking of going to maching shop and getting em to make me some.

I would need some measurements, but could this be done.... easily and safely

Is there a way to get rid of the bar ends.  also, whats the diameter of the sm2 bars

bar ends are just an expansion rubber type. Just take them out. 7/8" diameter.

They are welded more than machined.
I will start making steel ones in a bit ... yea yea I know ... forever ... right ...
