Hello,
I think I have the world's smallest head. I am currently wearing a HJC child/youth helmet. It is fine and I was told it meets all the same safety standards as the adult helmets... but it is plain black and was a fairly cheap helmet.
I would like to upgrade to something nicer, but even the size extra-small of the ones I've tried (Shark, Shoei and Arai so far) are still too big.
Can anyone suggest any helmet brands that fit small? The higher-end manufacturers don't seem to make child helmets.
Wear a turban underneath? :dunno_white:
Fulmer has junior size helmets... You might want to check them out.

Hmm... I believe Shoei makes to an XXS size. What's your head measure about eyebrow height?
Is the smallest helmet that you've tried on WAY too big for you? If it's not too much, maybe wearing a doo rag (sp?) or bandanna on your head would help. It also keeps your helmet cleaner as it absorbs your sweat.
just get this one painted.... i know alot of people thats what they did
Wow.. how big is your brain ? :) hehe
My head is really tiny too, my Scorpion is an XS and fits as well as any is going to. As long as no one else puts it on and stretches out the padding, its good. A measurement would help, measure, look at the sizing charts and then go try them on
I thought i've seen a few models that offer a XXS size... can't remember.
My hair is so thick, i drop a helmet size after i get a haircut O0
Try a different motorcycle shop. One that will measure your head for correct fit ( at least with your head size it will be easier to find one. If you already know your head sieze try giveing this place a call very easy todo buisness with. I had the same problem with my wifes helmet the XS from KBC was to big got he Nolan and it fits perfectly.

Z1R helmets offer 4 youth sizes in addition to adult sizes. View their sizing chart here:

Although they are DOT only (not Snell) they were the highest rated helmet in the recent Motorcyclist magazine test, in terms of G-load transmitted to the brain. (read the article for details) There has already been a thread about that article and helmet test. I'm just posting about the availability of sizes.
