yes but time has a factor in the score, So if you complete the test in a minute and a half you going to get some what of a higher score. but if you waited until you have 3 minutes left and the answered all the questions with true, you would get a considerably lower score

The age and whether you check english as a second language or not don't seem to matter much. There's a five point difference between a 1-year-old non-English speaker and a 99-year-old English speaker.

Clicking as fast as I can read them, as a 1 year old non-English speaker, I get a 156. Getting them all wrong, a 19.
Seems kind of silly to have classifications for people above 156, since it appears to be unobtainable.
Like I said, not much faith in the test. It's pretty easy, and I'm guessing most of us got one or two wrong (if that) just from sloppy reading. A better test would have even geniuses getting a decent portion of the questions so it could be properly calibrated against them, as opossed to any reasonably smart person topping out the test. Oh well, it's the intarweb, what do you want?
