Title: Is the Tail on the 03+ different from the 02 or earlier

Ive been looking a pics of some of you guys and you guys signal stalks look massively long.  So i was like I gotta fix that on mine, well I went out, looked, and it doesnt look so big on mine.

Did they change the tail on the F's
